It is said that "practice makes perfect". This is an ideal that is not easily attained; but no doubt practice can make one better. As Christians, we need practice to be the best we can be. An essential part of that is a home church, like Otterbein UMC, that can provide guidance through Biblical preaching and teaching and nurturing by a caring church family. A home church can provide support in times of physical or spiritual need. The apostle Paul, said in Romans 12:4-5, "just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to the others." Without regular attendance at a home church, the support for Christian living, and for one another suffers.
We at Otterbein are proud to say that God is alive and well at our church. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is preached, taught, learned, and shared.
We pray that you and your loved ones will accept this invitation to connect with God through attending our church and experiencing the love of Jesus through our worship and fellowship.
